Our Process for Floral Design
Step 1:
Reach out, explore our welcome guide, and receive your initial quote.
Step 2:
Weddings: To secure your wedding date, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, which is non-refundable. Payment plans are available.
Events: To secure your event date, a full payment is required upon booking.
Step 3:
Weddings: We’ll organise an online consultation 3 months before your wedding to review all the details together. After this meeting, you'll receive a full visual proposal of your wedding florals, followed by the final invoice.
Events: We’ll schedule a call to finalise the details, followed by the final invoice.
Step 4:
We’ll check in with you before the event to see if any changes or updates are needed.

Our Process for On-the-Day Styling & Product Hire
We’re now offering on-the-day set up and product hire to take the stress out of styling your wedding or event. We’ll bring your vision to life, just as you imagined.
Step 1:
Explore the options and lock in your service.
Step 2:
Proceed with the quote and secure your date with a 50% deposit payment. Payment plans available.
Step 3:
You begin sourcing your materials—menus, seating charts, signage, and all the beautiful details. We’ll send you our Styling Template to fill out during the lead-up and schedule an online consultation around 3 months before the event to go over everything together.
Step 4:
We’ll have a final check-in before the big day to ensure all the details are in place.
Step 5:
On-the-Day Set Up – While you enjoy your special day, we’ll follow your guide to set up everything with care and attention to detail—so your space looks just as you envisioned.
FAQ’s
Do you have a minimum spend?
Weddings: We have a minimum spend of $3,000 for full-service weddings in 2026.
Events: We have a minimum spend of $500 for events.
Payment:
Weddings: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, which is non-refundable. The second payment is due 6 weeks before your wedding. Payment plans are available.
Events: Full payment is required upon booking.
What are my payment options?
We accept payments securely through Stripe, including all major debit and credit cards—please note, a small processing fee may apply. You can also pay via bank transfer. Bank details will be provided on your invoice.
Do you offer consultations?
Weddings: Yes - We will schedule an online consultation around 3 months before your date.
Events: Yes - We will schedule a phone call to finalise the details.
Why is the consultation held 3 months before the wedding?
We’ve found that visions can evolve over time, so holding the consultation closer to your event ensures your ideas are clear and final before we lock in all the details.
What do we cover in our consultation?
Everything! We’ll walk through your timeline, delivery locations, logistics, flower/styling preferences, colour palette, and overall event details. We’ll also cover all the little things—like the length of your bouquet ribbons—so nothing is missed.
What happens after the consultation?
Weddings: After our online consultation, you’ll receive a full visual proposal of your wedding florals, followed by your final invoice.
Events: After our phone consultation, you’ll receive your final invoice.
Can I customise my floral/styling package?
Absolutely! Everything we create is tailored to your unique vision.
Do you deliver and set up the flowers?
Yes, we offer delivery and on-site setup for weddings and events.
What areas do you service?
We’re based on the Gold Coast and service Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Byron Shire, and beyond. Planning something elsewhere? Get in touch—we’re happy to travel!
What is your standard email response time?
We do our best to reply as soon as possible (within 48 hours), but due to the nature of our business and during peak event times, it can take us up to 4 business days to respond to emails.
Can I choose the specific flowers for my event?
We’ll always ask for your preferences and favourite flowers, and we’ll guide you based on what’s in season and available. While we can’t guarantee specific blooms, we’ll design everything to align beautifully with your vision.
