- A one-hour online planning meeting to refine your vision, colour palette, design direction, and special preferences
- Thoughtful details, including personalised embroidered initials on silk ribbons for your bridal bouquet
- A tailored visual proposal so you can clearly envision your day
- Guidance on seasonal blooms and flower selection
- Delivery and on-site setup

Our full service weddings have a minimum spend of $3,500.
Micro Weddings
Our micro weddings are designed for couples who love our floral style and are planning an intimate celebration. You can select from a curated menu of floral pieces, removing the overwhelm while still embracing the Salt & Stem aesthetic.
Choose between:
- Florist’s Choice (complimentary) - designed in our signature green and white palette, using seasonal blooms selected by our team.
- Customisable Offering (for a fee ) - select your preferred colour palette and any specific flowers you love (subject to seasonal availability), and we’ll bring it together to align with your vision.
Please note:
This service is suitable for couples wanting a simplified approach, with just bridal party florals and table flowers.
Delivery is available for a fee, or you are welcome to collect from Palm Beach, Gold Coast free of charge.
This offering does not include personalised ribbons, planning meetings, visual proposals, or on-site setup.
For those not seeking a full service experience, or working within a budget under $3,500.

To secure your wedding date, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, which is non-refundable. Final payment is due 6 weeks before your wedding. Payment plans available.Step 3:
For full service weddings, we’ll organise an online consultation 3 months before your wedding to review all the details. After this meeting, you'll receive a full visual proposal of your wedding florals, followed by the final invoice.
For clients selecting from our micro wedding menu, we can schedule a phone call to guide you through your selections and answer any questions.Step 4:

We accept payments securely through Stripe, including all major debit and credit cards. Please note, a small processing fee may apply. You can also pay via bank transfer. Bank details will be provided on your invoice.

We’ve found that visions can evolve over time, so holding the consultation closer to your event ensures your ideas are clear and final before we lock in all the details.

Everything! We’ll walk through your timeline, delivery locations, logistics, flower/styling preferences, colour palette, and overall event details. We’ll also cover all the little things - like the length of your bouquet ribbons, so nothing is missed.

After our online consultation, you’ll receive a full visual proposal of your wedding florals, followed by your final invoice.
