  • - A one-hour online planning meeting to refine your vision, colour palette, design direction, and special preferences

  • - Thoughtful details, including personalised embroidered initials on silk ribbons for your bridal bouquet

    - A tailored visual proposal so you can clearly envision your day

  • - Guidance on seasonal blooms and flower selection

    - Delivery and on-site setup

  • Suitable for couples with a comprehensive vision, with florals across their bridal party, ceremony, and reception.

    Our full service weddings have a minimum spend of $3,500.

Micro Weddings

Our micro weddings are designed for couples who love our floral style and are planning an intimate celebration. You can select from a curated menu of floral pieces, removing the overwhelm while still embracing the Salt & Stem aesthetic.

Choose between:

  • - Florist’s Choice (complimentary) - designed in our signature green and white palette, using seasonal blooms selected by our team.

  • - Customisable Offering (for a fee ) - select your preferred colour palette and any specific flowers you love (subject to seasonal availability), and we’ll bring it together to align with your vision.

Please note:

This service is suitable for couples wanting a simplified approach, with just bridal party florals and table flowers.

Delivery is available for a fee, or you are welcome to collect from Palm Beach, Gold Coast free of charge.

This offering does not include personalised ribbons, planning meetings, visual proposals, or on-site setup.

For those not seeking a full service experience, or working within a budget under $3,500.

  • Step 1:
    Reach out, explore our welcome guide, and receive your initial quote.

    Step 2:
    To secure your wedding date, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, which is non-refundable. Final payment is due 6 weeks before your wedding. Payment plans available.

    Step 3:
    For full service weddings, we’ll organise an online consultation 3 months before your wedding to review all the details. After this meeting, you'll receive a full visual proposal of your wedding florals, followed by the final invoice.

    For clients selecting from our micro wedding menu, we can schedule a phone call to guide you through your selections and answer any questions.

    Step 4:
    We’ll check in with you before the event to see if any changes or updates are needed.

    Step 5:
    Enjoy the day, your moment, and your flowers!

  • For full-service weddings, we have a minimum spend of $3,500.

    For couples selecting from our micro wedding menu, we do not have a minimum spend.

  • We accept payments securely through Stripe, including all major debit and credit cards. Please note, a small processing fee may apply. You can also pay via bank transfer. Bank details will be provided on your invoice.

  • For our full service weddings, we include a one-hour online planning meeting held approximately three months prior to your wedding date, where we refine all design details together.

    For clients selecting from our micro wedding menu, we offer a phone call to guide you through your selections and answer any questions.

  • We’ve found that visions can evolve over time, so holding the consultation closer to your event ensures your ideas are clear and final before we lock in all the details.

  • Everything! We’ll walk through your timeline, delivery locations, logistics, flower/styling preferences, colour palette, and overall event details. We’ll also cover all the little things - like the length of your bouquet ribbons, so nothing is missed.

  • After our online consultation, you’ll receive a full visual proposal of your wedding florals, followed by your final invoice.

  • We’re based on the Gold Coast and service Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Byron Shire, and beyond. Planning something elsewhere? Get in touch—we’re happy to travel!

  • We do our best to reply as soon as possible (within 48 hours), but due to the nature of our business and during peak event times, it can take us up to 4 business days to respond to emails.
